Trocellen foams

Standard PE foams – great variety of densities and thicknesses, perfect solutions for both technical and fashion applications.
Rigid PE foams – proper solution for even ligher uppers and excellent for thermoforming
Soft EVA PE foams – wide range of usage, with great properties for high performance paddings
PU and Rebounded foams – variety of densities, thicknesses and material properties, perfectly meeting customer requirements and applications

Converting foams into solutions

In addition to providing foams Trocellen has developed and invested in a variety of conversion capabilities that add value to our foam products:

• Various lamination processes (using hot air, flame, infrared and hot melt) permitting combination with other foams, films, textiles
• Adhesive or thermoadhesive coating using hot melt
• Perforation and embossing
